Not really. People are naturally stupid. They need to learn on their own on this and that. Saying it should be a terminal illness is similar to saying the Common Cold should be terminal as well.

Stupidity come's in many forms. From social stupidity to just general or specific. For me. I'm pretty stupid in the Math field lol
